When you place an online order with us, you can be rest assured that your information is 100% protected. Your GRAB and TNG payment gateway details and personal information is secured. Alternatively, you may bank-in your payment directly to our account.
Privacy: Your privacy of information is of utmost important to us. We will not disclose any of your information when you register or contact us as we value your privacy. Be rest assured about this.

Delivery [ Penghantaran ]
1. We only deliver to an address in Malaysia. Upon receiving our confirmation that the items and colours which you have ordered are in stock, only then you proceed to make payment. All orders are subject to Courier (Delivery) Charges which the amount depends on the weight of the total order. We shall try to despatch out the items you ordered as soon as possible within 3 working days from the date of our receipt of confirmation of payment but actual delivery date depends on the courier company.
2. Kami hanya membuat penghantaran ke alamat di Malaysia sahaja. Selepas mendapat pengesahan dari kami bahawa barang serta warna barang yang dipesan itu ada stok, barulah anda membuat bayaran. Setiap Pesanan adalah dikenakan Bayaran Penghantaran Kurier Charges), jumlahnya terpulang kepada jumlah berat pesanan tersebut. Kami akan cuba menghantar barang yang anda pesan dengan secepat mungkin dalam masa 3 hari bekerja selepas kami menerima pengesahan pembayaran tetapi tarikh sebenar penerimaan tertakluk kepada syarikat kurier.

Returns (Pemulangan)
1. Each and every item in Solidgold Helmets’ store has been selected and checked to meet your satisfaction. All sales are final and not returnable nor exchangeable.

Payment Option (Cara Pembayaran)
1. We accept GRAB and TNG payment gateway.
2. Or you can also make payment via interbank transfer, cash or cheque deposit to our following bank account:

  Account No. : 5123 8960 4568
3. After bank-in, please email the scanned copy of the deposit slip to us at info@solidgold-helmets.com or Whatsapp to 012 682 2166 with the following details :
  • Order Reference No. (ID #)
  • Your name and contact no.
  • Payment amount and indicate whether cash, cheque or online transfer.
  • Date and time of bank-in.
  • Cheque No. and Name of Bank , if payment is made by cheque.
4. Kami menerima bayaran secara GRAB dan TNG.
5. Atau anda boleh membuat bayaran melalui “interbank transfer”, wang tunai atau deposit cek ke dalam akaun bank kami seperti berikut:

6. Selepas bayaran ke dalam akaun bank kami, sila emel sesalinan resit pembayaran kepada kami di info@solidgold-helmets.com atau whatsapp kepada 012 682 2166 dengan butir-butir maklumat seperti berikut :
  • No. Rujukan Pesanan. (ID#)
  • Nama dan nombor telefon anda.
  • Jumlah bayaran dan beritahu cara bayaran iaitu wang tunai atau cek atau online transfer.
  • Tarikh dan masa pembayaran.
  • No. Cek dan nama bank, jika bayaran melalui deposit cek.
